Everyone was super helpful knowledgeable and nice. The team here really is a gem. Happy camping everybody. I wish I needed an extra cooler that Mushroom cooler looks so cool. I bought a yeti 45 😅

Best support and service as usual. This one has a slightly larger footprint as well with 2 floors. Very helpful staff. The garage sale had another 30% off on top of the discounted rate

This place was a little hard to get too because of construction but worth the trip! Friendly staff and very accommodating. We were trying out climbing harnesses and they allowed us to take it out of the packaging and try it on. Decided to get the lifetime membership and their staff wasn't pushy about it.

I don't know what os going on with this store. REI is usually great, but it feels like every time I come to this location I am met with blank stares and disinterested salespeople. I ask a question, they look for the answer on their phone on the mobile site... and then I find the answer myself ON THE MOBILE SITE myself afte4 getting disgusted with the employee

This REI store is huge and has multiple floors of merchandise. The whole outdoors orientation of REI is excellent, so it makes sense that outdoor apparel and recreational equipment are their focus. The other day while visiting this store just one item interested me. In particular I was interested in looking at hats. I like the high quality of Tilley hats and saw one made of hemp that I like. During the purchase process, the cashier announced that there was a small reward on my membership. It’s wonderful to get a REI Rewards discount!

Great selection of products. Generous return policy for members. Ship-to-store option. Ample parking. Spacious store. Well-kept. Uncommon products such as (1) natural-shape running sneakers from Altra and Topo, (2) the UK-made D1000 bike-lock resistant to grinder attacks, and (3) bone-conduction Shokz headset (superior to 2nd gen airpods!). Helpful staff in green vests.

I went to my parents to get shoes for them. All the staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Andrew was the one helping us out. He was very patient and gave us tons of good suggestions on what shoes to try on.

Product are always the newest for great brands. Staff is really kind. Prices... well this is not the cheapest place, but also because of the top level goods.... but... you can subscribe their loyalty-group, and you get an all time discount for everything you buy (and so, the price becomes very interesting). Also, during the discount season, top products have top discounts so .... that's great.... They have great outdoor products, tech bicycle, skis, shoes, and of course apparel... and always great products.
